Il-Merill Restaurant

The il-Merill (named after the Maltese national bird - Blue Rock Thrush) is the hotel’s main restaurant. With beautiful views on our main pool and Paradise Bay in the distance, one can enjoy a mix of Continental and English breakfast, and Mediterranean and Asian cuisine for lunch and dinner. Free flowing beer, wine, soft drinks and water are included during lunch and dinner. A wide selection of wines by the bottle and pre and after dinner cocktails are also available.
