In recent days, emergency services were called to respond to a tragic incident that occurred near Paradise Bay Resort. During this difficult and emotional situation, the hotel provided immediate assistance to the teams working tirelessly on site.

Paradise Bay Hotel supported the Civil Protection Department, the Police Force, the Armed Forces of Malta, ambulance personnel, and journalists by offering access to our facilities, warm refreshments, and various logistical needs throughout the prolonged rescue operation.

Our management later received a formal message of appreciation from the Director General of the Civil Protection Department, acknowledging the collaboration and highlighting the positive impact this support had on the emergency teams during a moment of significant stress and urgency.

The Polish Embassy’s Consul, Jarosław Mikus also expressed gratitude for the assistance the family received, specifically thanking the Management of the Paradise Bay Resort for their personal involvement and support during that extremely difficult time.
