Lease of premises within the Paradise Bay Resort
The Paradise Bay Resort is inviting proposals from third party businesses wishing to lease its premises currently housing a Spa and Beauty Salon. The use of these premises is intended for Spa and Beauty Salon services however other proposals will also be considered.
Two options are being offered:
- A fully equipped Spa and Beauty Salon – readily available for use and subject to a separate agreement with current Lessee to buy / rent equipment
OR
- Premises only – equipment to be supplied by the new Lessee
The initial lease period shall be for a minimum of one year which may be renewed for other periods at the discretion of the lessee and subject to agreement with the lessor. All other terms are negotiable.
